Project Description: Effects Smart Phones Have on Business and Social Life
Technology has transformed the standard mobile phone which was only used to make phone calls into an information and data processing center which is used as a tool for every means of communication. As the demand continues to grow for smart phones, the constant use of them can have both negative and positive effects in both business and our social lives. Some negative effects can include extended work day, lack of interpersonal communication, the use of texting language instead of standard English. Interesting topic! I completely agree with you. Technology has both good and dark sides where on one side with the help of technology, business can help increase sales, reach out to their customers and get feedbacks easily on the other hand using cellphones or nay personal device at work can decrease their productivity and employees can easily get distracted. When it comes to society, Socialization is a positive impact of technology on our society but lack of interpersonal communication, as you mentioned also, and living superficial life is a negative impact.
